By booking an appointment or posting a review on hairandcrew.com, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
- You need to sign in with Google to book. Please give a correct phone number so the branch can reach you.
- Bookings and changes close 1 hour before the appointment time.
- Service durations shown are the minimum time. Actual time can be longer depending on hair length, skin type and other factors.
- Prices shown on the website are payable at the salon (or to our stylist for home service) unless we tell you otherwise.
- Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten the service or move your slot to keep other customers' appointments on time.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule from My Bookings up to 1 hour before your appointment. For anything closer to the time, please call the branch directly.
Offers
Festive and special offers are valid only until the end date shown on the website. Once an offer ends, its services and prices are removed and bookings for them cannot be confirmed.
Home service
Home service is available in serviceable areas of Gurugram. Please give a complete address and make sure someone is available at the booked time.
Reviews
- Reviews should describe your own real experience at Hair&Crew.
- Do not post abusive, false or misleading content, or personal details of others.
- We may hide or remove reviews that break these rules.
Health and allergies
Please tell our staff about any allergies, skin sensitivity or medical conditions before your service. A patch test may be recommended for colour and chemical services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will show when they last changed.
