This policy explains what information Hair&Crew ("we", "us") collects when you use hairandcrew.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Hair&Crew runs salons in Sector 77 and Sector 83, Gurugram, and offers home service.
Information we collect
- Google sign-in details: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password.
- Booking details: the branch, services, date and time you choose, the phone number you enter, and any notes or address you add for home service.
- Reviews: the display name, rating, branch and comment you submit. Your display name, rating, branch, comment and date are shown publicly on the website. Your email is never shown.
- Technical data: basic data your browser sends (such as device type and pages visited) and a sign-in session stored in your browser so you stay logged in.
How we use it
- To confirm, manage, reschedule or cancel your appointments.
- To contact you about your booking by phone or WhatsApp.
- To show which time slots are already taken (only times are shown to others, never names or contact details).
- To display customer reviews and improve our services.
- To prevent misuse of the booking and review system.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and the website is hosted by Netlify. Google provides sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms, and their servers may be located outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the salon and meet accounting needs. Reviews stay published until you or we remove them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices and rights
- View, reschedule or cancel your bookings from My Bookings on the website.
- Edit your review at any time by writing a new one for the same branch.
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us below.
- Sign out at any time; this removes the sign-in session from your browser.
Children
Bookings should be made by an adult. If a booking is for a child, a parent or guardian should make it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will show when it last changed.
